Jennifer (Jen) Jackson brings 36 years of experience in Marketing, Enterprise Sales Leadership and Customer Service.
Jen spent most of her career in the telecommunications industry, beginning with Pacific Bell and evolving into AT&T. During her 31-year tenure with AT&T, Jen held senior level sales leadership positions covering the Government, Education, Healthcare, Mid-Enterprise and Small Business Market Segments.
Jen helped establish the Healthcare sales division in California. Additionally, she helped build the Network Integration business securing large multi-year awards with the State of California, several counties, the California State University system and large school districts across the state. Her team’s achievements in this area earned AT&T recognition from Cisco systems as their largest reseller in California.
Complimentary to her strong sales leadership background, Jen was equally effective in Channel Marketing assignments, designing distribution strategies that greatly improved multi-channel sales execution, especially in the small business segment. Jen’s experience also includes several senior level positions in Customer Service. She was responsible for AT&T’s business customer care in California.
Prior to joining Pacific Bell, Jen served as an Officer in the United States Navy. She remained a Naval Reservist throughout the early stages of her business career. She earned the rank of Lieutenant Commander while returning to serve on active duty during the Persian Gulf War.
Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California. Jen also graduated from the Smith College Executive Management Program. She is a native of New England. Today Jen and her family share time in Maine and California. She is married with two children. Her interests include golf and gardening.
