The team was successful as Bumble Bee Foods experienced no negative impact on their brand and the media reported favorably on the recall and the company’s efforts to alert and educate the consumer. When a key client was acquired by IBM Jamie left Fleishman-Hillard to follow the client and began working with Text 100, IBM’s agency of record. During her time with Text 100 Jamie focused solely on Sterling Commerce and IBM, launching IBM’s “Smarter Commerce” concept. The idea was launched with great fanfare garnering over 1 million impressions with headlines in the top business and daily publications.
