Edwin H. Mosbaugh

Edwin (Ed) H. Mosbaugh is a proven leader and results oriented professional bringing more than 30 years of diversified corporate experience in the areas of sales and sales management, market strategy development, product marketing, and engineering.

Ed spent the majority of his career with SBC, AT&T and Pacific Bell where he led Public Sector sales teams (Federal Government, State of CA, and Cities, Counties and Higher Education in CA, OR and WA.), developed Market Strategies for large business Customers and as a Senior Engineer evaluated and approved the use of new technologies.

Between 1998 and 2013, Ed led Public Sector Sales Teams that generated more than $200 million in annual revenues and won and implemented 3 long-term multi-billion dollar contracts with the State of CA.  He also led Pacific Bell’s Federal Government Business Development team that secured contract vehicles for sales teams.  

Ed is passionate about helping at-risk youth in underserved areas and has served on the boards for Stanford Youth Solutions and 911 for Kids, and teaches, coaches and mentors children, High School students and young Adults for Junior Achievement and Student Reach.  For his community service in the Sacramento area, Ed received a 2018 Hero of Human Service Award from the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors.

Ed is married to Gloria and has 3 children and 1 grandchild.  Ed graduated from CA State University, Chico with a B.A Degree.

Bob Ferguson is the Chief Executive Officer and a founder of The Hawksbill Group, a diversified business and communications consulting firm based in Washington, DC.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the private and government sectors, having held numerous senior-level positions in communications and government relations, marketing, and telecommunications sales and services.

Prior to founding Hawksbill Advisors he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Public Policy at General Motors Company. During his six-year tenure at General Motors he held several senior officer positions including Senior Executive of Cadillac Motor Company. During his time with GM Bob led the GM crisis management efforts for recalls of the Volt, GM’s pioneering electric vehicle, and for Chevrolet vehicles which had flaws in ignition switches.

Bob was the Senior Strategist for the business advisory firm Public Strategies, Inc. in Austin, Texas, where he provided counsel to clients such as the International Olympic Committee. He joined Public Strategies from AT&T, Inc., where he worked for more than a decade and served in several key corporate leadership positions including communications, government relations and business network operations.  His duties at the company included Group President and CEO of the Enterprise Division and President of the Public Policy group.

Prior to joining AT&T, he worked as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Fleishman-Hillard Inc., and was a Senior Partner. He served as the Senior Consultant to SBC companies on all communications issues. While at Fleishman-Hillard he developed and implemented crisis management plans for several Fortune 250 companies.

Before joining Fleishman-Hillard, Bob was the chief of staff to John Ashcroft, during his second term as governor of Missouri.

He is a native of San Antonio, Texas, and he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri.  Evangel University has honored Bob as its outstanding young alumnus and as its distinguished alumnus.
